CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 304(RLS) am An Act relating to the                      
permanent disqualification of certain individuals who have been                
absent from the state for payments under the longevity bonus                   
program; relating to unpaid sabbaticals under the longevity bonus              
program; and providing for an effective date was enrolled, signed              
by the President and Secretary, Speaker and Chief Clerk and the                
engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the Office of the                 
Governor at 8:30 a.m. on May 28, 1996.
